Ingredients

  • 1 (32 oz.) frozen hash browns (I don't use all)
  • 1/4 c. diced onions
  • 1/2 c. melted butter
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 c. sour cream
  • 1 c. grated Cheddar cheese

Directions

    Mix all and put in buttered dish (9 x 13-inch).

    Mix 2 tablespoons butter, melted with 1 cup cornflake crumbs and top. Bake at 350° for 1 hour.

    Best when mixed ahead of time and left in refrigerator overnight.
