- 2 c. flour
- 2 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. margarine or butter
- 1/3 c. cooking oil
- 4 Tbsp. cocoa
- 1 c. water
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 c. buttermilk
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 tsp. vanilla
Directions

1Heat oven to 400°.

2Grease and flour jelly roll pan.

3Stir together in a large bowl the sugar and flour; set aside.

4In a saucepan, melt together the margarine, cocoa, cooking oil and water.

5Bring to a boil over low heat, watching carefully so the cocoa doesn't scorch.

6Pour the hot cocoa mixture over the sugar and flour mixture.

7Beat the eggs slightly and add.

8Add the remaining ingredients.

9Bake for 15 to 20 minutes.

10Frost while warm with Texas Frosting.
