  • 1 c. water
  • 4 heaped Tbsp. Quik (chocolate)
  • 2 c. flour
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 c. sour cream
  • 1 tsp. baking soda

Directions

    Bring the first 3 ingredients to a boil.

    Mix in a bowl the flour, sugar and salt.

    Add hot mixture and beat together. Add the eggs, sour cream and soda.

    Pour into a 1 1/2-inch cookie tin. Bake at 375° for 20 minutes. Test with a toothpick.
