  • 2 c. sugar
  • 2 c. flour
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. baking soda
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 c. sour cream

    Bring first 3 ingredients to a boil, then add to combined dry ingredients.

    Beat well and add eggs.

    Continue beating and fold in sour cream.

    Pour into greased cookie sheet pan.

    Bake at 375° for 20 minutes.
