Texas Sheet Cake

Directions

   Put butter, cocoa and water in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Remove from heat.

   Add sugar, flour and salt; mix well.

   Add eggs, sour cream and soda.

   Beat well.

   Pour into 11 1/2 x 18-inch cookie sheet.

   Bake 20 minutes at 375°.

   Mix up icing while cake is baking.

   Remove cake from oven.

   Pour icing over warm cake.
