  • 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 6 cloves garlic
  • 1 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/2 cup low-sodium soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons chili paste
  • 1 onion
  • 12 ounces rice noodles
  • 1 tablespoon canola oil
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/4 cup crunchy peanut butter
  • 2 green onions

    Cut the chicken into bite-size pieces and place in a bowl.

    Peel the garlic, finely chop, and add to the bowl.
