Thai Chicken Peanut Curry

  • 1 Tbsp. oil
  • 2 Tbsp. red curry paste
  • 1 lb. (450 g) boneless skinless chicken thighs, cut into bite-size pieces

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 lb. (225 g) fresh green beans, trimmed, cut diagonally in half
  • 1 can (400 mL) lite coconut milk
  • 1 cup grape tomatoes, halved
  • 3 Tbsp. Kraft Smooth Peanut Butter

    Heat oil in large saucepan on medium heat.

    Stir in curry paste.

    Add chicken, onions and garlic; cook and stir 6 to 8 min.

    or until chicken is done.

    Stir in beans and coconut milk.

    Bring to boil; cover.

    Simmer on medium-low heat 10 to 12 min.

    or until beans are crisp-tender.

    Add tomatoes and peanut butter; cook and stir 3 to 5 min.
