  • 1/2 teaspoon finely chopped fresh ginger

  • 1 fresh kaffir lime leaf, finely chopped Safeway 3 ct For $1.00 thru 02/09
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground coriander

  • 250g tub PHILADELPHIA Spreadable Cream Cheese, softened
  • 125ml coconut milk
  • 1 tablespoon prepared tomato and chilli pickle King Sooper's 1 lb For $0.99 thru 02/09

Directions

    Heat a little oil in a saucepan and cook onion and garlic for 5 minutes or until onion is soft.

    Stir in chilli, ginger, lemon grass, lime leaf and coriander and cook a further 10 minutes.

    Add lime juice, Philly*, coconut milk and tomato and chilli pickle.

    Stir over a low heat until smooth.
