Thai Fish Cakes

Ingredients

  • 5 1/4 ounces white fish fillets
  • 5 1/4 ounces prawns
  • 1 bunch coriander leave out if you don't like it
  • 1 stick lemongrass
  • 1 green chilli red/, finely chopped and de-seeded
  • 3 1/3 tablespoons fresh ginger
  • 1 3/4 ounces green beans very finely sliced
  • 2 spring onions finely chopped
  • salt
  • pepper
  • sunflower oil
  • 1 dipping sauce serving fish cake

Directions

    Mix the fish and prawns up until smooth (using a food processor would make life easier or flake the fish and finely chop the prawns) then add the coriander, ginger, lemon grass, chillies.

    Mix well, and add the salt and pepper

    Add the beans and onions and divide the mixture into equal pieces, roll each piece into a ball then flatten into a flat disc.
