- 1 cup coconut cream
- 1 tablespoon Thai red curry paste
- 1 yellow pepper cut into strips
- 1 head broccoli cut into florets
- 1 1/3 pounds white fish fillets cut into 1 inch cubes
- 1 teaspoon fish sauce
- steamed rice to serve
- lemon wedges to serve
Directions

1Combine the coconut cream, curry paste and 1/2 cup water in a saucepan over high heat. Bring to a boil. Add the pepper and cook for 2 mins.

2Add broccoli and fish and simmer, covered, over low heat for 4 mins or until the vegetables are tender and the fish is cooked.

3Stir in the fish sauce and season to taste. Serve with steamed rice and lemon or lime wedges.
