Ingredients

  • 2 (3 oz.) pkg. Oriental noodles
  • 4 Tbsp. cooking oil
  • 1 c. chicken, beef, pork or shrimp, cut in small pieces
  • 1/2 onion
  • 1/2 bell pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. Accent
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 Tbsp. fish sauce
  • 2 tsp. soy sauce (Japanese)
  • 1/4 c. water

Directions

    Cook noodles as instructed on package and drain.

    In a saucepan, cook meat in oil until almost done.

    Stir in the onion and pepper and cook until tender.

    Add Accent, salt, pepper, sugar and fish oil.

    Stir in the cooked noodles and soy sauce.
