Ingredients
- 3 c. cooked rice (long grain)
- 1 c. cooked meat (chipped beef or ham is good)
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp. m.s.g.
- 1 bunch green onions
- 2 Tbsp. margarine
- ginger root
Directions

1Melt margarine; add 2 thin slices of ginger root and stir 2 to 3 minutes.

2Remove ginger root.

3Add meat, onions (white part sliced thin, green part 1-inch long).

4If fresh meat is used, cook until meat loses red color (1 to 2 minutes).

5Add rice and m.s.g. Stir-fry for another 1 to 2 minutes.

6Break an egg over mixture and stir in.

7Cook about 1 more minute, stirring constantly. Serve with soy sauce.

8Very good with sliced tomatoes and cucumbers.
