  • 3TBS Olive Oil
  • 1 Boneless, skinless chicken breast cut into bite size pieces
  • 8 asparagus stalks trimmed and cut into bite size pieces.
  • 1TBS chopped garlic
  • 1 Med onion, sliced
  • 4 cups cooked rice
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tomato cut into wedges
  • 1/2 cup fresh basil minced or 1 tsp dried basil
  • 1 Green onion, chopped
  • 2 tsp light soy sauce
  • 1 tsp fish sauce
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1/2 tsp white pepper
