Thai Noodle Soup

Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb. white noodles
  • 1 whole chicken, skinned and boned
  • 2 c. bean sprouts
  • small handful celery leaves only
  • 3 green onions, chopped
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions

    Place chopped chicken in 1/2-quart of cold water and chicken stock.

    Cook for 10 minutes.

    Add noodles, chopped celery leaves, bean sprouts and green onions.

    Simmer and serve while hot.
