Ingredients
- 12 cup chicken bouillon or 12 cup chicken broth
- 1 -2 teaspoon fresh or freeze dried ginger (ground ginger works too)
- 1 bunch green onion
- 2 green peppers, chopped
- 1 teaspoon cornstarch
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes (or less)
- 3 -4 chicken breasts
- olive oil
- brown rice
- peanuts
Directions

1Cook and cube chicken (can choose to season the chicken a bit).

2Heat oil in fry pan.

3Add cooked chicken and green peppers.

4Stir fry until green peppers are tender.

5Chop green onions and add to green peppers and chicken.

6Mix ginger, boullion or broth, cornstarch, soy sauce, sugar and red pepper flakes.

7Pour mixture over chicken, peppers, and onions.

8Heat very lightly.

9Serve over brown rice.

10Add peanuts just before serving.
