  • 1-1/4 qt. A.1. Original Sauce
  • 1 cup Creamy peanut butter
  • 1/3 cup soy sauce
  • 3 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1-1/2 Tbsp. DURKEE Hot Sauce
  • 2/3 cup cilantro, chopped

Directions

    Mix all ingredients with wire whisk until well blended.

    Pour 1/3 cup of the marinade over each pound of chicken or pork; cover.

    Refrigerate several hours or until ready to serve.

    Remove meat from marinade; discard marinade.

    Grill meat over high heat until cooked through.
