Thai Peanut Pizza

  • 1 pound Pizza Dough
  • 2 Tablespoons Peanut Sauce
  • 1/2 whole Red Bell Pepper, Seeded And Sliced
  • 1/2 whole Red Onion, Sliced
  • 1 cup Mozzarella Cheese
  • 1 Tablespoon Chopped Cilantro
  • 1 Tablespoon Chopped Green Onions
  • 1 Tablespoon Chopped Peanuts

Directions

    Preheat oven to 420 degrees F.

    Roll out pizza dough onto a greased baking sheet and top with sauce, bell pepper, red onion and mozzarella cheese.

    Cook in the oven for 10-15 minutes.

    Remove it from the oven and top with cilantro, green onions and peanuts.

    Return back to the oven for an additional 5 minutes.

    Remove from the oven, slice it up and enjoy!
