- 3/4 cup Mayonnaise
- 9 teaspoons Wasabi Powder
- 1 & 1/2 teaspoons Soy
- 1 & 1/2 teaspoons Honey
- 1 & 1/2 teaspoons Ginger juice (Fresh ginger grated & squeezed)
- 6 drops Sesame oil
- 12 pieces Scallops
- 1/2 cup Panko
Directions

1Preheat oven to 450 degrees

2Lightly Oil Sheet Pan

3Mix wasabi cream Ingredients together, spread on one side of scallops and top with panko flakes

4Place Scallops coated side down, coat top side with wasabi cream and sprinkle with panko flakes

5Place in Oven for 2 to 3 minutes, after setting the preheated oven to broiler low

6Turn Scallops over and cook for an additional 1 to 2 minutes

7Take care not to over cook

8Serve immediately.
