Ingredients
- 1/2 tsp ground tumeric
- 1 tsp ground coriander
- 2 tbsp chopped cilantro
- 3 clove garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup fresh lime juice
- 1/4 cup soy sauce or fish sauce
- 2 tbsp honey
Directions

1Combine all ingredients in a bowl and stir or whisk to dissolve the honey.

2*This marinade tastes best when used within a few hours of making.

4**This makes 2/3 cup; enough for 1 1/2 pounds of meat, chicken, or fish.

6***Cut the meat or seafood into strips the size of your pinkie or cut into flat strips.
