- 5 ounces rice noodles
- 1/2 cup lime juice
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 2 tablespoons fish sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon chili paste
- 1 pound small shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1/2 cup loosely packed cilantro leaves
Directions

1Prepare rice noodles according to package instructions.

2Combine the lime juice, sugar, fish sauce and chili paste to make the Thai shrimp sauce.

3Pour Thai shrimp sauce into a 10-inch non-stick pan.

4Turn heat to medium high and bring to a boil.

5Add the shrimp, and reduce heat to medium low.

6Cook until shrimp is tender, about 3 to 4 minutes.

7Add cilantro to sauce.

8Taste and adjust seasonings, pour over noodles.
