- 4 large chicken breasts
- 1 pkg. Pepperidge Farm cornbread dressing
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 stick margarine
Directions

1Stew the chicken until done (do not saute).

2Remove meat from bones; set aside.

3Reserve the broth.

4Melt the margarine; stir into the dressing.

5In a greased casserole dish, begin with a layer of dressing, then a layer of chicken.

6Next, layer the mushroom soup, diluted with one can of reserved chicken broth, a layer of dressing, then the rest of the chicken.

7Add a can of cream of chicken soup, diluted with one can of reserved broth. Top with the remainder of dressing.

8Bake at 350° until brown (approximately 30 to 40 minutes).
