- 8 slices bacon, fried until crisp
- 1/4 c. bacon grease
- 2 c. chopped onions
- 4 c. chopped potatoes
- 1/2 c. chopped celery
- 2 c. turkey broth
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 4 c. turkey, cooked and cut up
- 1 can whole kernel corn
- 1 can cream-style corn
- 1 pt. half and half
- dash of coarsely ground pepper
Directions

1Fry bacon.

2Drain and reserve.

3Saute until tender the onions in bacon grease.

4Then add potatoes, celery, turkey broth and salt. Simmer, covered, until potatoes and celery are tender.

5Add turkey, whole kernel corn, cream-style corn, half and half and ground pepper.

6Heat thoroughly.
