Thanksgiving Dressing

Ingredients
- 2 15 x 11 pans of day old bread
- 1 bunch chopped celery
- 1 large onion
- 2 sticks butter
- 1 cooked and cut up chicken
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 6 slightly beaten eggs
- 1 tsp. poultry seasoning
- 2 tsp. salt or more to taste
Directions

1Put day old bread slices on cake pans in oven at 250° until slices are browned.

2After cooled, soak browned slices a few seconds in water.

3Squeeze out water well and gently.

4Put bread in large bowl.

5Brown chopped celery, onion, and butter together. Add this to bread.

6Next, fold in cut up chicken (cooked). Lastly, add rest of ingredients.

7Stir gently.

8Stuff turkey and put rest of dressing in a 10 x 7 baking dish.

9Bake at 350° for 30 to 45 minutes.

10All stuffing ingredients are already cooked except eggs, so this doesn't need to be overbaked.
