  • 2 T (approx. 20 fresh mint leaves)
  • 1/4 cup flat leaf parsley
  • 8 oz feta cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • 8 sheets of filo dough
  • 1T butter
  • 3/4 t sea salt
  • 1/2 t fresh ground black pepper to taste
  • 3/4 T + 1 t sesame seeds
  • 1/4 t poppy seeds
