- 2 cups cooked pumpkin, smoothly mashed
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 12 teaspoon ginger
- 12 teaspoon nutmeg
- 34 cup brown sugar
- 12 teaspoon salt
- 1 13 cups evaporated milk

1Chill pie shell while preparing filling.

5Bake pie in 425F oven for 15 minutes; reduce heat to 350F Bake about 45 minutes longer, or until knife inserted in center, comes out clean.
