Ingredients

  • 3 cans of mexicorn
  • 3c shredded medium cheddar cheese(you can used pregrated but be sure to use the thicker cut not the supper fine it really makes a difference also medium takes some of the jap heat)
  • 1/2-1 small jar of japs(your prefence I like it hot)
  • 1tsp garlic powder
  • 1tsp chili powder
  • 1 c mayoniase(Hellmans is best do not use salad dressing such as Miracle Whip)
  • 1 tsp & a pinch cumin
  • 1 bag Fritos or Tostidos

Directions

    Mix all ingredients together and chill in a good air tight contaier. Some additional mayo may be needed before serving as it may dry out a little overnight. You decide.
