  • 1 small box lime jello
  • 2 c. water
  • 20 large marshmallows
  • 1 large can crushed pineapple, juice too
  • 1 small Philadelphia cream cheese
  • 1 c. pecans
  • 1 c. whipping cream or Dream Whip

Directions

    Boil 1 cup water and add to marshmallows.
  2. 2
    When melted, add jello and stir until dissolves.
  3. 3
    Add 1 cup cold water and pineapple.
  4. 4
    Place in refrigerator until sets up.
  5. 5
    Shred the cream cheese into it and fold in whipped cream and pecans. Fix the night before you want to serve it.
