- CRUST
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup flour
- 1/3 cup finely chopped walnuts
- CREAMY FILLING
- 16 ounces cream cheese
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 pint heavy whipping cream
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- TOPPING
- 4 cups huckleberries
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup water
- 4 tablespoons cornstarch
Directions

1Combine butter with brown sugar.

2Stir in flour & nuts.

3Press into sprayed 13x9 in pan.

4Bake at 350 for 12 - 15 minutes., do not let it brown.

5Cool & Prepare filling.

6Cream together cream cheese & sugar until fluffy.

7In separate bowl whip the cream & add vanilla.

8Add the whipped cream to the cream cheese & spread over cooled crust.

9Chill at least 4 hours.Prepare topping while this chills.

10Combine sugar & cornstarch in sauce pan.

11Add water & berries.

12Stir & cook over medium heat until thick and clear.

13Chill thoroughly.

14Spread over chilled cream layer.
