  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 16 oz. sour cream
  • 24 oz. cottage cheese (small curd)
  • 4 cloves minced garlic
  • 6 sliced scallions
  • 1/2 c. diced onions (white sweet onion)
  • 1/4 to 1/2 c. milk
  • salt
  • pepper
  • seasoned salt

Directions

    Soften the cream cheese with milk.

    Add the sour cream and cottage cheese, blend well.

    Add in onions, scallions, garlic and all seasonings.

    Chill for 1 hour, add seasonings to your own taste.
