  • 1 large pan prebaked cornbread
  • 1 large bag stuffing mix (Pepperidge Farm, herb)
  • 1 large onion, chopped fine
  • 3 stalks celery, chopped
  • 1 stick butter
  • sage to taste
  • 2 cans chicken or turkey broth (2 c.)

Directions

    Bake cornbread.

    Saute onions and celery until transparent in butter.

    Mix all ingredients in a large bowl until mixed thoroughly.

    Press into 2 (15 x 9-inch) pans.

    If you want, you can boil fresh chicken for chicken broth and save meat for giblet gravy.
