- 1 large pan prebaked cornbread
- 1 large bag stuffing mix (Pepperidge Farm, herb)
- 1 large onion, chopped fine
- 3 stalks celery, chopped
- 1 stick butter
- sage to taste
- 2 cans chicken or turkey broth (2 c.)
Directions

1Bake cornbread.

2Saute onions and celery until transparent in butter.

3Mix all ingredients in a large bowl until mixed thoroughly.

4Press into 2 (15 x 9-inch) pans.

5If you want, you can boil fresh chicken for chicken broth and save meat for giblet gravy.
