  • 3 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 3 tsp. Accent
  • 3 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 10 green onions (both white and green part), sliced very thin
  • 2 bags dried beef, ground in food processor (keep separate)

Directions

    Mix together the cream cheese, Accent, onions, Worcestershire sauce and 1 bag of dried beef; mix well with those little hands until well blended.

    (It will be firm.)

    Roll into a ball and roll in the remaining dried beef.

    Can be made 5 days ahead.

    I keep remaining dried beef and roll it a second time before serving.
