  • Ice
  • 2 teaspoons raspberry preserves
  • 3/4 ounce fresh lemon juice
  • 6 ounces chilled brewed Ceylon black tea
  • 1/2 ounce Simple Syrup
  • 1 lemon wedge

Directions

    Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.

    Add the raspberry preserves, lemon juice, tea and Simple Syrup and shake well.

    Double strain into an ice-filled collins glass and garnish with the lemon wedge.
