Ingredients

  • 1/4 ounce dark purple grape juice
  • 1/4 ounce grappa (Cafe Gray uses Nonino Merlot grappa)
  • 4 1/2 ounces Vouvray Foreau, sparkling white wine or Champagne
  • Small bunch Champagne grapes
  • 1 tablespoon superfine sugar

Directions

    Stir first two ingredients in a Champagne flute and top off with chilled sparkling wine.

    Garnish with grapes dusted in sugar, hung on the side of the glass.
