- 2 cups macaroni
- 3 beaten eggs
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 2 1/2 cups grated cheddar
- 1 can soup condensed cheddar
- 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 cups cheddar and/or desired cheese to top
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350 degrees F

2Boil macaroni until tender

3In saucepan, mix butter and cheese until melted

4In baking dish, combine cheese mixture, eggs, sour cream, soup, salt, milk, mustard, and pepper. Stir.

5Add macaroni to mixture and bake for 30-45 minutes

6Serve warm.
