  • 2 cups macaroni
  • 3 beaten eggs
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 2 1/2 cups grated cheddar
  • 1 can soup condensed cheddar
  • 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 cups cheddar and/or desired cheese to top

    Preheat oven to 350 degrees F

    Boil macaroni until tender

    In saucepan, mix butter and cheese until melted

    In baking dish, combine cheese mixture, eggs, sour cream, soup, salt, milk, mustard, and pepper. Stir.

    Add macaroni to mixture and bake for 30-45 minutes

    Serve warm.
