The Seville

Directions

   Rinse a chilled martini glass with the fino sherry and squeeze 1 of the orange twists into the rinsed glass, then discard.

   Fill two-thirds of a pint glass with ice.

   Add the gin, Lillet Blanc and orange bitters and stir briskly in one direction for 30 seconds to chill.

   Strain into the prepared martini glass.

   Flame the remaining orange twist over the drink and drop it into the glass.
