  • 1 (1 lb. 3 oz.) pkg. yellow cake mix
  • 1 pkg. instant vanilla pudding
  • 4 eggs (don't bother to beat them)
  • 3/4 c. salad oil
  • 3/4 c. sherry
  • 1 tsp. nutmeg

Directions

    Beat mixture for 5 minutes on medium speed.

    Pour it into a greased tube cake pan or mold and bake it for 45 minutes at 350°. Dust with powdered sugar and fill center with fresh or frozen strawberries.
