  • 2 bunches ramps, leaves only
  • 1 - 2 cups Parmigiano Reggiano cheese, grated
  • 1 cup pine nuts, lightly toasted
  • 1 cup basil leaves
  • 1 cup olive oil
  • 1/2 lemon
  • 1 pretzel roll, halved, toasted if desired
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/2 cup button mushrooms, sliced
  • salt
  • 1/2 bunch ramps, leaves only
  • 3 strips bacon, cooked crisp
  • 1 egg

Directions

    In a blender or food processor, mix the ramp leaves, cheese, pine nuts, basil and olive oil until you achieve a coarse paste.
