Thick Fruit Salad

Ingredients
- 3 cans chunk pineapple (20 oz.)
- 3 cans mandarin oranges
- 1 jar cherries
- 3 bananas
- 1 small box vanilla pudding (not instant)
- 1 small box vanilla tapioca pudding (not instant)
- 1 small box either of vanilla pudding or tapioca pudding (you wil need a total of 3 boxes all together)
Directions

1Drain the fruit and use the juice instead of milk to cook the pudding, using 4 1/2 cups of juice.

2Add orange juice if you don't have enough from the fruit.

3Cook until thick.

4Cool completely. Add all of the fruit, except the bananas, which you will add when you serve.

5Keep in refrigerator.

6This is enough for a 9 x 13-inch cake pan.
