  • 200 ml milk (skimmed/semi-skimmed)
  • 1/2 a Mango (diced)
  • 1 cup Frozen Berries
  • 1 cup Spinach

Directions

    Add all ingredients to the blender, blend and serve

    If it's too thick for your liking you can add another 100mls of milk :-)
