  • 1 package vanilla flavored protein powder (I like meta-rex)
  • 1 cup skim milk
  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1/2 cup frozen raspberries
  • 4 ice cubes

Directions

    In a blender, blend together the protein whey and milk until it looks thick.

    Add the bananna, strawberries and rasberries.

    Blend until smooth.

    Add ice and blend until it reaches a constistance you like.
