- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1 egg, separated
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- nuts, finely chopped
- jelly or jam (raspberry jam is good)
Directions

6Shape into small balls the size of a small walnut.

10Make a dent in dough with a thimble or something similar.
