- 2 cups whole wheat flour
- 1 14 teaspoons salt
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 1 12 teaspoons active dry yeast
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 34 cup warm water
- 3 cups mozzarella cheese
- 12 cup pasta sauce, seasoned
Directions

1Whisk together water ,yeast, honey.

2Set for 5 minutes.

3Combine flour and salt in a mixer, and whisk till salt is worked inches With mixer on medium, add olive oil, and yeast mixture.

4Knead for 10 minute Transfer to a oiled bowl and let rise 1 1/2 hours, or till doubled in bulk.
