- 6 ounces milk chocolate
- 1 teaspoon mint extract (or more to taste)
- 20 gluten-free crackers
Directions

1Microwave chocolate until melted.

2Mix until no lumps remain.

3Add mint extract and stir thoroughly.

4Dip crackers one at a time in chocolate-mint mixture, making sure to cover both sides completely.

5(I used tweezers so as to not cover my hands in chocolate).

6Place chocolate dipped crackers on wax paper to harden.

76oz chocolate may make more cookies than 20.

8Chill to speed up hardening.
