Ingredients
- 1/2 lb. thin spaghetti
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1/4 c. chopped green pepper
- 2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
- 1 (10 1/2 oz.) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can condensed tomato soup
- 1 soup can water
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 c. shredded process cheese
Directions

1Cook thin spaghetti in 3-quarts salted boiling water 8 to 10 minutes.

2Drain and rinse.

3Brown beef and cook onion and pepper in butter until vegetables are tender.

4Stir to separate meat particles.

5Add soups, water and garlic; heat.

6Blend with 1/2 cup cheese and cooked thin spaghetti in a 3-quart casserole.

7Top with remaining cheese.

8Bake at 350° for 30 minutes or until bubbling and hot.

9Serves 4 to 6.
