  • 8 oz. lean hamburger
  • 1 c. carrots, finely chopped
  • 2 c. cabbage, shredded
  • 1 c. celery, finely chopped
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 4 c. tomatoes, stewed
  • 3 c. beef stock
  • 3 c. water
  • 3 medium potatoes, diced
  • 1/2 c. peas
  • 1 c. green beans, cut
  • 1/2 c. corn
  • 4 oz. mushrooms, sliced
  • 1/3 c. barley (raw)

Directions

    Brown hamburger and drain.

    Combine all ingredients together in soup pot.

    Bring to a boil; reduce heat, cover and simmer until all vegetables are tender.
