- 1 medium butternut squash (1 1/2 c.), boiled or steamed, then mashed
- 1/3 c. butter or margarine
- 1/2 c. brown sugar
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. maple flavoring
Directions

1While squash is hot add butter and mix, then add remaining ingredients and mix well.

2Pour into a greased baking dish and bake at 350° for about 30 minutes, until almost set in center.
