Ingredients
- 1 pkg. yeast
- 1 c. warm water
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 Tbsp. oil
- 2 c. flour
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
Directions

1Dissolve yeast in warm water.

2Add other ingredients and mix well.

3Turn onto floured surface and knead.

4Roll to half-inch thickness and cut into rolls.

5Place into oiled pan, flipping to oil the tops.

6Let rise for 30 minutes in warm place.

7Bake at 450° until brown.

8Brush with butter to make soft.

9Makes 12 to 16 rolls.

10Doubles easily.
