- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 8 ounces cold pak cheddar cheese
- 4 ounces blue cheese
- 2 tablespoons dried onion flakes
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 2 cups pecans, chopped
Directions

1Let all the cheeses stand at room temperature to soften (approx 1 hour).

2Mix cheeses, onion and Worcestershire sauce together blending well.

3Shape into ball or log and roll in chopped pecans.

4Chill 1 hour before serving. *Can be made several days in advance; store in air tight container in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
