  • 1/2 c. vinegar
  • 1/4 c. oil
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1/4 c. sliced green onion
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • dash of pepper
  • dash of garlic powder
  • 1 (16 oz.) can drained green beans
  • 1 (16 oz.) can drained chickpeas
  • 1 (16 oz.) can drained red kidney beans

Directions

    Mix vinegar, oil, sugar, salt, pepper and garlic powder.

    Add beans and onions; toss well.

    Cover and refrigerate 3 hours or overnight, tossing occasionally.

    Serve on lettuce.
