  • 1/2 c. oil
  • 1/2 c. vinegar
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • dash of salt
  • 1 (16 oz.) can garbanzo beans
  • 1 (16 oz.) can wax beans
  • 1 (16 oz.) can green beans
  • 1 (16 oz.) can kidney beans
  • 1 green pepper, chopped
  • 1 chopped onion

Directions

    Combine and mix well the oil, vinegar, sugar and salt.

    Drain beans and combine in bowl.
  3. 3
    Add chopped green pepper and onion. Pour oil, sugar and vinegar mixture over beans and mix.

    Cover and put in refrigerator.

    Best if marinated for 12 to 24 hours.
